⭐️ Terms of Service ⭐️

  • | The final drawing is sent via Gmail.

  • | I will begin the drawing once payment is received.

  • | Changes to the sketch (maximum 3 major changes).

  • | Please send as many references as possible for a better result.

  • | The final product is for personal use ONLY (uploading to your websites, decoration, PDF, etc.). Unless otherwise stated in the original agreement.

  • | Commercial use at double the original price.

  • | I have the right to use the commission for promotional purposes: portfolio, commission examples, among others.

  • | You will receive samples of your commission throughout the stages of work.

  • | I have the right to decline the commission if I cannot meet the standards or am not comfortable with the order.

⭐️ Delivery time, Payments and Returns

  • | Minimum delivery period: 2 weeks to 1 month.

  • | A full refund will only be issued after the maximum delivery period has passed without any progress.

  • | If the maximum delivery time has passed, but progress has been made on the work (in any phase), a partial delivery of 50% will be issued.

  • | If I need to cancel the commission and nothing has been started yet, I will give you a full refund.

  • | If you would like a commission to be issued within a specific timeframe, you must give two weeks' notice.

⭐️ Términos de Servicio ⭐️

  • | El dibujo final es enviado por vía Gmail.

  • | Iniciaré el dibujo una vez hecho el pago al 100%.

  • | Cambios en el sketch (máximo 3 cambios grandes).

  • | Por favor enviar todas las referencias posibles para un mejor resultado.

  • | El producto final es ÚNICAMENTE para uso personal (subirlo en sus sitios web, decoración, pfp, etc.). A menos que se indique lo contrario en el acuerdo original.

  • | Uso comercial al doble del precio original.

  • | Tengo derecho a utilizar la comisión para fines de promoción: Portafolio, ejemplos de comisiones, entre otros.

  • | Recibirá muestras de su comisión a través de las fases trabajadas.

  • | Tengo derecho a rechazar la comisión si no puedo cumplir con los estándares o no me siento cómoda con el pedido.

⭐️ Tiempo de Entrega, Pagos y Retornos

  • | Periodo de entrega mínimo de 2 semanas a 1 mes.

  • | ünicamente luego de haber pasado el lapso máximo de entrega sin ningún avance se realizará un reembolso total.

  • | En caso de pasar el tiempo máximo de entrega, pero haber realizado avances del trabajo (en cualquiera de sus fases) se realizará una entrega parcial del 50%.

  • | En caso de que deba cancelar la comisión y aún no se haya iniciado nada, le daré un reembolso completo.

  • | Si desea que se realice una comisión en un período de tiempo específico, debe avisar con dos semanas de antelación.
